Phase 1 of the home building process is where it all begins.  At this stage our client makes some critical decisions on items such as:

• Budget

• Area Selection

• Site Selection

• Living Requirements Inventory

With all of these things defined, we are able to bring it all together and come up with a Design Agreement.
